Trip to Moab

My husbands best friends Frank and Eric joined us on our excursion to Moab and little did I know that Moab was 4 hours away from our hotel.. The expert packer that I am, I prepared us with snacks and water. What I was NOT prepared for were the swervy mountains and snow on the way to the Moab desert. The Arches National Park contains the world's largest concentration of natural stone arches. This National Park is a red, arid desert, punctuated with oddly eroded sandstone forms such as fins, pinnacles, spires, balanced rocks, and arches. The 73,000-acre region has over 2,000 of these "miracles of nature." And we climbed it.

At the only gas station on the way there

Trip to SLC

Salt Lake City. It was beautiful. And it snowed. We went to Moab and climbed the Arches and the National Park, we went to a laser light show, visited with friends and family. Went to Temple Square...that was a wonderful experience. Went to Park City and went tubing. We had an action packed adventure and here are some pics I would like to share with you. Oh and we ate at Rubios, The Pie, Crown Burger, and I brought home a few souveniers too...extra pounds. LOL, hey at least they are happy pounds.

Temple Sealment

Yes. We were sealed!! No words exist in this world that can possible describe the profound joy that this day has brought to me. When I try to let it settle to explain this beautiful ceremony...I cry. My deep gratitude to Heavenly Father for loving us so much and giving us the opportunity to have eternal families. I will be with my sweetheart for Eternity...and this gift is so precious. We were sealed February 26, 2011 at the Orlando Temple. Our friends and family joined us to celebrate this joyous occasion. My thoughts were with my little sister who lives in NY who could not make it. However, I want to share with you moments of our special day.
